"I Inadvertently let my automatic premium withdrawal lapse on my car and home owners insurance lapse. I didn't find out about it until the DMV notified me that they had no record of insurance and I needed to remedy the issue or face revoking of plates. Cody , my rep, walked me through the processes including handling the processing of my reinstatement fee and verification letter to me in time it took for two very short phone calls ( 5 minutes or less.) I expected, between the insurance end and the Secretary of States office that I was in for a lengthy back and forth, with phone calls, hold time, emails, cahiers check, etc. and any other problem my brain could think of. Instead 2 quick calls to Cody and whalla. Thanks, Cody and State Farm for making this easy. Did I mention their rates are extremely reasonable, especially for customer service like this which I know is not always the case. I've been with State farm since the days Jake was a white guy wearing Khakis!"

"We called this office to put a suspension on a vehicle that we had and this office did not do what we asked. So they charged us for 5 more months for insurance on a vehicle for their mistake. And they just told me sorry. Don't know what to tell you. We'll take the blame for it. But we're not gonna reimburse you your money. So I would advise not to go to this place. They have horrible customer service and they don't do what you ask"

"Best Customer Service I ever experienced. My insurance Agent Erin is hands down the best out there!!!! She deserve to have her own office in my opinion. I don’t see myself going with any insurance agency besides State Farm. If you need any life insurance, Car Insurance, Home Insurance come to this location and ask for Erin…..Thank me later."

"The people in Trevor's office solve problems quickly and efficiently. They were able to address my concern and fix the problem within 24 hours. While all of the people who work there are friendly and efficient, Kody was especially helpful. On another note, I was able to save close to $200 on my auto insurance simply by using their Drive Safe & Save app. I highly recommend this agency!"

"Kody is so efficient and responds immediately to requests. I was purchasing a vehicle and was trading in several other vehicles and needed insurance cards on the two cars I was trading. I received the cards via email within 15 seconds of my call to Kody. I was very impressed. He made the purchase of the new vehicle so much easier!"

"StateFram can offer a lot of amazing qualities ranging from on call support to immediate service. This agent/branch, unfortunately, is not one of those places. The head agent insists of pursuing unnecessary policies at the expense of the client, despite knowing the extra costs they would charge without telling me until after a contract is signed. And once they get it, they will find a reason to charge you extraneous costs to make up their “low intake fees”. Please avoid this place at all costs!!!"

I’m not sure if this is a scam post or exactly what the situation is but I can assure you there has never been an “unnecessary policy” pursued by anyone in the office and no one has ever been charged an “extraneous” amount, or any charges for any sort of “low intake fees” because “low intake fees” are not even a thing. We have no intake fees and we do all of our underwriting up front. The cost you purchase a policy at should remain the same. I would appreciate it if you either remove this post as nothing you mention is accurate or call my office to communicate with us your issue as we would be happy to discuss questions you may have. One benefit of having a local agent is the local office we have to where you can set an appointment with me or anyone on my team to address any and all concerns you may have. "Trevor has been so on top of our claim since the beginning. He has navigated us thru all the information needed to help the adjusters determine loss. He has made himself available & promptly returns my calls. He is by far the best agent I have ever dealt with. I know he sincerely cares & is looking out for us. "I called 3 home insurance agents before calling them. I was surprised to find my best home rate; and best home and auto rate with state farm. I'd always heard they were very expensive. After 3 hours on the phone with insurance agents during the week, I was very relieved when they gave me my rates. Very nice and knowledgeable people in their office."
